Delivery
Our goal is to deliver all orders to customers as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped using EMS free of charge. The delivery time indicated on the website is only the time required for the product to be produced, not the time when the product is delivered. The specific delivery time is subject to the express delivery time after delivery. We cannot guarantee absolute punctuality because there may be third-party factors that cause order delays. Pre-sale products are shipped in about 30-40 days

Delivery Changes and Order Cancellations

Before Delivery
Order Cancellation: If the order is cancelled before it is shipped, there is no charge. [Except for special customized products]
Address Change: No charge
Exchange: No charge [Except for special customized products]

After Delivery
Order Cancellation: If your order has been shipped and cannot be modified, you can refuse to accept it, and we will charge 10% of the product price as a cancellation fee.
Address Change: Once your order has been generated, the shipping address cannot be changed

Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, we will immediately send you an email to confirm your order tracking details. You can also log in to your website account to check your order status. Sometimes there will be system delays, please wait patiently and check the order after the logistics company updates the system.
If you have not received the package, but it still shows that you have signed for it. In this case, please contact us within 3 working days. Otherwise, we will not handle the matter after more than 3 days. And customers also need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this problem
